I have been waking up thinking about getting greenhouses ready for the plugs (baby plants). (Can you tell that I really should be doing book work?).
It’s exciting to think about the smell of the dirt warming up, checking in all the plugs, testing new varieties…. This year we are going to grow some of our own produce for The Prairie Bistro! Speaking of which, it’s also a great time to try new soups.
I’ve decided it’s going to be an early spring. Yep. That’s what I’ve decided.
