The display bed is in full bloom right now. The lilies and daylilies are in their prime. Unfortunately, the only ones who see them now are us! So I’ll share a few photos. This is Conca d’Or, an Orienpet lily.
This is one of our favorite daylilies, Siloam Amazing Grace.
South Seas Daylily. Tall and graceful!
Last night we went down to the Mouse River Park to water the plants we put in a week ago. The weeds are starting to germinate, lending a bit of green to an otherwise brown/grey landscape. And in the corner of the perennial bed which we thought had gotten completely drown out, was a tough little daylily peaking up through the crust.
The South Seas Daylily is beautiful! Daylilies tick me off though – I want more bloom time!
You just have to plant more!
I love lilies…all types. These are just wonderful! Thank you for sharing with us!
